Privacy policy

This page explains what happens with personal data on https://www.labb-consulting.com. Short version: we process what you type into a form, we use cookieless analytics, and the processors listed below are the only parties involved.

Contact and support forms

When you send a form we process the fields you enter (name, email address, company, and for support requests the Microsoft tenant, subject and priority, plus your message). The data is sent by email to our mailbox and, as a notification, to our Slack workspace. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering quickly (Article 6(1)(f)). Nothing is stored on the web server. Enquiries are kept for 12 months unless a contract follows; Slack notifications are deleted after 90 days.

Booking a call

"Book a call" opens Microsoft Bookings on Microsoft's website in a new tab. The data you enter there is processed by Microsoft on our behalf and stored in our Microsoft 365 tenant. Microsoft's own privacy notice applies to the booking page itself.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service hosted in the EU. It records page views and the events "booking click" and "form sent" without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without cross-site tracking. This is why the site works without a consent banner. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f)).

Server logs

The web server records requests (URL, timestamp, status, user agent, truncated IP address) for security and error analysis and deletes them after 14 days. Form contents are never written to logs.

Processors

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France)

Delivers the emails generated by the contact and support forms.

Slack Technologies Limited (Ireland)

Receives a notification with name, company and a message excerpt when a form is submitted, so an engineer sees it quickly.

Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited

Hosts our mailboxes and Microsoft Bookings, the tool behind "Book a call".

Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia)

Cookieless website analytics on EU servers. Aggregated counts only; IP addresses are discarded on arrival.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@labb-consulting.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; for Labb Holding Ltd this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus.
